The idea of the Lancaster Consignment Crawl was sparked over a decade ago when Cristina Klausmair, owner of Deja Vu Consignment Boutique, attended a tour of consignment shops as part of a national resale conference (NARTS).
The tour was created as a behind-the-scenes learning tool for industry professionals, but Cristina immediately started to envision something bigger; a collaborative celebration of consignment boutiques right here at home.
In early 2026, she teamed up with her daughter-in-law (and Deja Vu store manager), Sarah, to finally bring the Crawl to life.
We live and breathe this industry, and love sharing it with others every day, which is what makes the Crawl so special to us.
The Crawl is about discovering new neighborhood boutiques, meeting passionate small business owners, and making memories with loved ones. There is no set route; we invite you to slow down, enjoy the road trip, and enjoy some well-deserved retail therapy at your own pace.
Thanks to the overwhelming response to our first crawl, we have expanded the fall crawl into a three-day event.
